A. 8am to 6pm, 7 days a week.
Q. Do I need my own lock?
A. No, we provide locks. We charge a £10 key deposit which is refundable when the key is returned.
Q. Is there easy access to my storage unit with a vehicle for loading / unloading?
A. Yes, every unit is on ground level to make loading / unloading easy.
Q. What size unit will I need?
A. We have 80 sq ft & 160 sq ft outside units and also 160 sq ft indoor units. The 160sq ft unit will hold furniture from a 3 bedroom house.
Q. Can I add or remove items once I have moved in?
A. Yes you have access to your unit 8am to 6pm, 7 days a week.
Q. When can I come to my caravan?
A. Between 8am & 6pm, 7 days a week.
Q. Do we have our own parking bay?
A. Yes, we have individual, numbered, parking bays.
Q. Are all caravans parked on hard standing?
A. Yes, all storage is on hard standing.
Q. How good is the security?
A. Security is our priority - 6ft security fence, CCTV, alarms, owners live on site.
Q. Is there plenty of manoeuvring room?
A. Yes, there is more than enough room to make parking your caravan easy.
Q. Can I wash my caravan?
A. Yes, we have washing facilities in the compound.
Q. Can I leave my car when I take my motor home out?
A. Yes you can leave another vehicle in your bay.
Q. What is CaSSOA?
A. It is an association which rates caravan storage sites. We have been given the top award - GOLD.
Q. Does storing in a CaSSOA Gold site affect my insurance premium?

Q. Do I have to give notice of taking my caravan out?
A. No, you do not have to give notice, but we do ask that you tell us by text or e mail when you are going out.
Q. Are you ever closed?
A. Only on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, & New Year’s Day.
Q. Can I have my caravan serviced on site?
A. Yes, we just ask that you accompany the engineers.
